Tea Tree Wellness COVID Policy

Tea Tree Wellness operate under a Covid-Safe Plan which is accessible on-site. We are monitoring Covid-19 government updates and maintain a high level of hygiene in the centre.

Our practitioners are operating face to face and via tele-health where appropriate. Please coordinate the most appropriate format direct with your practitioner.

Please attend the centre on your own, or if you are under the age of 16, with a parent or guardian. Our facilities have dedicated separate bathrooms facilities for women and men.

Hand sanitiser is maintained in each consulting room and the waiting room. Please use the hand sanitiser prior to your consultation with your practitioner.

Physical distancing is maintained in the centre.

Contact tracing QR check-ins remains in place and masks are mandatory.

As per the Covid Safe Plan Government regulations, masks are not required if a person:

  • has a relevant medical condition, including problems with their breathing, a serious condition of the face, a disability or a mental health condition (Evidence of a relevant medical condition must be produced on request)
  • in circumstances where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication, such as to enable communication by or with any patron who is deaf or hard of hearing
  • if the person is a child under 12 years of age
  • if the person is carrying out functions as an authorised worker and it is not possible to properly carry out those functions with a mask on
  • is receiving a health or personal care service and wearing a mask would reasonably interfere with the provision of the health or personal care service. The providers of the service do need to wear a mask.

 

It is OK to attend face to face appointments if you are not:

  • diagnosed with the Covid-19 virus; or
  • presenting with Covid-19 symptoms; or
  • required to isolate or quarantine in accordance with the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) guidance.

 

Please do not attend Tea Tree Wellness face to face if you have Covid-19, have Covid-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has Covid-19. Please make contact with your practitioner to rebook another appointment, or call Tea Tree Wellness on 8396 2971 to re-book. Thank you.
